4. Service Terms
The professional services we deliver are tailored to each client’s requirements. Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Any preparatory work or custom design effort is considered part of the service fee.
5. Digital Learning Materials
Upon purchase of digital guides or courses, you will receive immediate access to downloadable files. Use is restricted to personal or internal company use only; redistribution is prohibited.
6. Physical Products
Orders for printed workbooks and stationery are shipped within five business days. Delivery times vary by destination. Risk of loss passes to you upon dispatch.
7. Refund and Transfer Policy
We maintain a clear refund and transfer policy according to the category of your purchase:
7.1 Professional Services
7.1.1 Full Refunds: If you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date, you are entitled to a full refund of fees paid. Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 14 days of approval.
7.1.2 Transfers: You may request to transfer your booking to another date or colleague with at least 72 hours notice. Transfers are free of charge, subject to availability.
7.1.3 Non-Refundable Circumstances: Preparatory custom design, research, or data analysis that has commenced prior to cancellation is non-refundable, as work is irreversibly allocated to your project.
7.2 Digital Learning Materials
7.2.1 Refund Eligibility: Digital items may be refunded within 7 days of purchase, provided that no download or course access has occurred. If materials are downloaded or accessed, the sale is final.
7.2.2 Issuing Refunds: Approved refunds are processed within 14 days via the original payment instrument.
7.3 Physical Products
7.3.1 Return Window: You may return unopened products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
7.3.2 Condition: Items must be in original packaging and in resaleable condition. Upon receipt and inspection, refunds will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.
